[PAID] Topic start date in "Started By" column

Description
The Last Post Column lists the date & time of the last post followed by the members name
e.g. October 20, 2009, 09:55:42 PM by Members Name

Would it be possible to add the topic start date to the Started By Column?
e.g. Members Name October 20, 2009, 09:55:42 PM

The time is not required and can be removed to reduce the quantity text in the field to aid formatting.
(The Started By box is smaller in size than the Last Post box)

The column still needs to remain to be sorted by the Members Name either ascending or descending when the column header is clicked.

Permissions
Not applicable, text should visible to all members when viewing a boards index.

Could you provide the file link again? I got a 404 not found on the link. I would personally like such mod, as I got a board with news and that section is sorted by topic ID and it's impossible to know when each started from that page.

just FYI lads, the whole "mod" is about changing a single line of code, that's why I didn't want to charge OP for creating it
I really doubt it's suitable for a mod site, better for Tips and Tricks to be honest
