Forum Stats Problem | Forum Stats Error

Hi!!
I am getting this kind of error when i try to view stats of my forum, when i click on more stats this error occurs :

Unknown column 'referrals_no' in 'field list'
File: /home/satish36/public_html/Sources/Stats.php
Line: 307

Please can anyone tell me how to rectify this error..

Looks like a problem with a referral mod. Did you attempt to install or uninstall such mod?

yes..i  have uninstalled it, it was running fine, but i didn't want that any  more..
Now how can i fix this..

There must be some left over code in the /Sources/Stats.php or /Themes/default/Stats.template.php file. Can you post a link to the mod and attach the files I mentioned to your reply?

here is the name of that mod  "Referrals Mod   version  2.2.7.2 ,
I've attached the files you mentioned, unfortunately i didn't know which codes to remove or add:D

Upload attached Stats.php to your /Sources directory, that should work

Oh my god!! That worked like a charm....absolutely no problem...stats got displayed correctly.

Yet, another issue i discovered is i can't see whether the reply got posted while using Quick Reply option, its just loads and the message stays as it is... meaning the quick reply box doesn't closes...

Oh!! i haven't  tried this on default theme..should i check it out..

Admin -> Configuration -> Themes and Layout -> Member Options:
# Configure guest and new user options for this theme -> Use quick reply on topic display -> Show, on by default
# Change current options for all members using this theme  -> Use quick reply on topic display -> Show, on by default
