Allowing guests to view the forum without logging in

I think at some point I removed access to this, but not sure what I did, if I did anything at all. I've looked into permissions and do not see anything for read only access. Any ideas? I also have a tab to a wiki and news blog that cannot be viewed without logging in, and I would like to change that as well.

The boards are located at hxxp:legacydarkage.com [nonactive]. SMF v2 rc3. The only mod installed is PortaMX v 0.980.

Welcome to SMF.

Go to Admin > Configuration > Features and Options and check the box for Allow guests to browse the forum.
