Theme Help

I was trying to add a menu button on my forum.. Some how it got messed up and gave me this error message to refresh the page or use the default theme. So I told it to use the default theme. Now it won't let me use any theme I got this error

You may want to try to refresh this page or use the default theme Please Help I don't want to start over again.

Attache the file you've edited to add that menu-button, maybe sombody can have a look at it for you
