Attachment Space Question

I know this is probably a huge package but the forum won't take anything over 10 gigs without resetting the topic is there a way to have more attachment space.

When it uploads more then 10 gigs it will make the post blank. And can anyone tell me what 10% cpu usage is?

10% CPU usage is a standard usage limit placed in shared hosting account, this is implanted in order to protect the hundreds of other sites that are using the same server.

Basically, you can't use all the server resources, because you share it with other people.

I don't know why that's happening, maybe a timeout or something, I know there is a bug in RC3 that turns the entire screen white when attaching a large picture.

Ahh That might explain that I have that version. But about the 10% usage thing does that mean when everyone uploads it can't go over that or when 1 person does?
