Links in posts question

Is there a way to insert a link in a post but have it show as different words?  Instead of the full link to a forum page just saying "link" or "click here" without coding it into the post. Maybe I am just missing it or there is a mod for it that I have not found.

Thanks for the responses. I understood how to make this happen with the code, I was looking for a mod that might bring up a pop up box with a location to paste the URL into then another location for the text that you would like to be shown.

Not everyone (in fact most of my members) knows how to insert that script. Just looking for the easy way around it. Just trying to keep things simple for everyone.
