Merge & Redirect Boards & Topics

I'm looking to merge a few boards & topics on my forum to declutter it
Is there a way of doing this on 2.0 RC3 also I would like to put a redirect link in place so I don't loose Google rankings

Are this boards and topics in the same forum ?

In that case, topics can be moved from one board to another, even by bulk ( admin - maintenance - forum maintenance - topics)
