Small default font size in Replying to posts

Hi all
Whenyou post a post to a thread the font size is just right, but the promblem i have is when you type in the reply box the fonts are tiny, i've had a few requests to make them bigger, any ideas how, see the pic below

In the file /Themes/{your_custom_theme[/]}/css/index.css, adjust the size for font found in this part:
