Login time issues & more

some of my members are having trouble staying logged into my forum. Some are having to re-login every time they enter the forums. Is there something i can do to fix this as Admin ? or is it there computer/internet/connection ?

i changed the login threshold to 9999 and that has fixed the issue for me, but others are still getting this problem ?

Make sure that they are allowing 3rd party cookies on their browsers, and also ask them if they are ticking the "remember me" box when logging in or not.

It could be a problem with your forum not properly setting cookies or your members clearing their cookies.
