Guest Registration Notification with custom theme

I just installed Guest Registration Notification modification to my SMF 2.0 RC3 forum, with lightly modded Bright Forest theme. I cannot see any change even I have entered the text and enabled the mod by ticking it on.

Where should I try to seek the problem? I have no idea. It's quite difficult because it can work with default theme, but I cannot test it without changing temporarily quest theme.

did you install it to your custome theme too?
did there show up any errors?

I don't know, since I cannot test it (I don't want to change default theme to quest's theme, even temporarily to test).

I think that I installed it to my custom theme too. I uninstalled and installed it again, and now it works. Wonder what was it...
