Can I create a Link in the Nav section?

Im using the forum as a part of another site...
So I was wondering if there is a way that I can add a link to the navigation?

Like where it says "HOME   HELP SEARCH  CALENDAR  LOGOUT",  I would like to add a link right before "HOME" that points back to the main site...

is this possible?
