Only registered members are allowed to access this section

When I open my forum as a Guest, Immitaly I get a Login form which says : "Only registered members are allowed to access this section.
Please login below or register an account"

I want to allow Guests to see the forum boards without have this login form when they enter the forum.

How do I do that?

Admin/features&options/general - allow guests to browse the forum (tick box) then go to your board permissions and make sure they are set to be accessed by guests too.
