I'm sure it will be possible but I think you shouldn't want it.
It's better to solve the problems. Pages that don't exist anylonger shouldn't be shown either. Or it should be by an oudated link.

When you realy want to change that messeage you can place a request at the MOD-request board. I think it wil a hard job to reacht it.

Goto Admin => Configuration => Languages => Edit Languages => Click your language EG English
On the bottom right you will see a drop down menu = Select entries to edit
Select => errors

In there look for the error your members get. You can modify the message that is displayed to your users in there.
