BBC + Smileys have gone missing!!! Help!!

Hi for some reason my BBC buttons and smileys have just suddenly dissapeared in my forums.

I checked in FF and they are there in FF. But in IE8 they are gone..
I also have an error when the page finishes loading on bottom right corner.

for themes/default/scripte/editor.js But nothing in the forums has even touched that file..
This isn't the 1st time its happened to me.. I had to do a full restore to get it working..
Unfortunatly I don't have relevent backups to do that this time.. Looking for a fix..

Please could some one help me with this issue..

Im starting to see this error in the log..

I dunno why these errors have started popping, nothing new has been installed or changed for months.

I have installed a new cache system on the VPS eA as stated in one of my previous topics.. But I dunno how its done this.

Also I have attached a screen shot to the post. Of the buttons gone..

Please can some one help me get the BBC buttons back.

Solved.. I have eAccelerator Installed and I set cache level to 2... It seems that SMF does not recognise it..
Is there a way I can compile this so that SMF detects it?
