Welcome,

Have you recently uninstalled a modification?

RedtopX

Yes it is all default now but I think codes from Mods left that.
(sorry so noob in this, im new with SMF)

Which mod(s) did you uninstall and does this also happen when loading the default core theme?

RedtopX

bad thing is the default core was also messed up. dunno which mods effect this. :(

Edit: is there also way to upload fresh files and folders using FTP w/o deleting members account?

sAce

Try uploading fresh files, "Display.template.php"

from a install package

Do I have to upload the Core Layout? coz the Core was already deleted.

If you have NO mods installed for the moment, you can upload even all files with FTP (from a large upgrade package of SMF your version, without upgrade.php and upgrade sql files), overwriting everything in your SMF directory, and nothing wrong will happen to the members and posts and everything else - since they are in the database, not in files.

As S-Ace says however, you don't need to replace all the files, but if you want, you can, to be sure there aren't other leftovers.
To-do lists are for deferral. The more things you write down the later they're done... until you have 100s of lists of things you don't do.

Upload to Default & your Custom theme ( only if its there )

RedtopX

I uploaded all the fresh file using FTP but it took me back to INSTALL.

Anyway its ok now. SMF 2.0 RC3 with Inferno Theme and minimal mods. Its working properly now.
Maybe its just the Mods that I installed cause the messages to be not in order.

Thanks for all the help.  ;)
