Problem with Banned Users

Hi, I'm new here.
I need help, i have a problem with bann users.
I apply it in the forum, but this does not come out. I apply bann to a user, but they continue to enter the forum without problems./

Any solution?

Next how are you banning them? A full ban? Post ban? That would be helpful.

You still have to check the ban triggers you want to have enabled. Did you check any ban triggers?

Select Ban User
Enter a reason and some Notes

Select the triggers to use -

Ban on IP (e.g. 192.168.10-20.*)
Ban on Hostname (e.g. *.mil)
Ban on Email Address (e.g. *@badsite.com)
Ban on Username:

Select the Restriction -

Full ban

OR

Partial ban

Cannot post (?)
Cannot register
Cannot login

[Kill Em All]

How do you know they are entering the forum with no problems?
