How to undo my doing ;-(

I have added a question that people need to answer when they want to register.  I learned today that eventhough it is a simple question people do not know how to answer it, and there for they can't register    I would like to fix it, but I can't remember how I did this or where I have found this    I know it has to do with the sign-up set-up somewhere...  THANKS for your help

its in admin / configuration / security and moderation / anti spam

In your admin area, look for
Configuration
Security and Moderation
Anti-Spam

Then scroll to the bottom and change what ever you need to change.
