Package Manager Appears to be "Reset"

Last week, whilst going through some regular maintenance, I check through all my panels and whatnot.  All is well.

I go through them today, and I happen to see in the Package Manager that all my mods "say" they aren't installed.  They are all uploaded in the list, but "say" are not installed.

Interestingly enough, however, they actually -are- since I have lost none of the mods' functionality.

Any ideas or thoughts on this?

thats interesting so they say [Install Mod] [list Files] [Delete] but they are instaslled? curious[/list]

just means the log_packages table got emptied out somehow
