We have a lot of sub-subs {child boards beyond one layer under the front} but their posts don't get counted out on the board index's "Topics" and "Posts" for each main board they're in. There a way to make'em show?

The only way is to edit a php file but I don't know exactly which one.
Use search option with "sub" and "count" as searchkey and I'm sure you'll find the solution.
Please, don't PM me for support unless invited.

We just lose a lot of our visible postcount because of it. Thanks...I'll ask my techies for help with this one :)

i think you should see this

Subs-BoardIndex.php

WHERE {query_see_board}' . (empty($boardIndexOptions['countChildPosts']) ? (empty($boardIndexOptions['base_level']) ? '' : '
AND b.child_level >= {int:child_level}') : '
AND b.child_level BETWEEN ' . $boardIndexOptions['base_level'] . ' AND ' . ($boardIndexOptions['base_level'] + 1)),
