Personal Message White background Issue

Ive had reports from various users on my forums that after recieving a pm they cannot access it- ive been unable to narrow down he cause of this issue as it appears at random. People just see a white page with nothing on it instead of the pm page to view their pm's.

Well i still have this issue, even now. There are no logs. Basically when i install a plugin like tinyportal, simpleportal or aeva. The plugin "browse" menu becomes white whenever i try to access it. Other smaller mods are fine. The mods work after i install them too but i have to uninstall those mods via the "installed packages" panel to stop it being white. It's really annoying.
