Help me with how can i add a spoiler!?

Hi,

I use 2.0 RC3 I noticed that a production site has a spoiler so when a member writes a long message it goes to be small when i click open spoiler all the writting comes up.

I would like one in my own forums because i haven't got one can someone tell me how i can do this? Please don't say you think. Be sure.
