What was the advice you were given?  Was it to run repair_settings.php?

What is repair_settings.php?

Also, when you look in your default folder on your server, do you see the file Errors.template.php?  If not, upload one from your SMF zip.

:)
My apologies, but I am taking a break from accepting PM requests for support.  If I am not currently assisting you, please do not ask as long as this notice is posted.  Thank you.

Mmm.

If you have access to admin center, try theme and layout -> Theme settings and click the box on the bottom to try to "reset all themes"
