No forum access via PC, phone OS works though. Why?

I haven't changed the forum recently. The other day I received a timeout error trying to access the forum.
Submitted a trouble ticket with the server host. They said there was a hiccup and everything is back online.

The problem is I can't (and a few others) access the forum via a PC. If I hop on the site via my Droid phone, it works just fine.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Yeah, you probably have an old session stored in your cookies.  Once you clear your cache & cookies, you should have access, because it's working perfectly fine.

I use Firefox and did a complete swipe of cache and cookies. Still getting a "server not found" on my PC.
I have no issues using my phone though. Very odd.

You have DNS issues.

Network-tools.com com says:

Your phone's ISP most likely uses a cached address to the site, allowing you to get there that way.

I can access your www address but I notice, when going to your site, that hovering over any link shows //:warmarinesmc.us, rather than //:www

Can you access your site via PC if you do not use www (or is that how you've been trying)?
My apologies, but I am taking a break from accepting PM requests for support.  If I am not currently assisting you, please do not ask as long as this notice is posted.  Thank you.

The last link I posted is the one I use as a bookmark for home and my phone.
I am able to access the site from my Wife's PC. It seems to be narrowed down to just my PC.

Just working on the fact that you had dns issues and now you seem not to, please open up command prompt (start->run->cmd) and type in ipconfig /flushdns

Did that per the server host's support. He also added our IPs to the whitelist. Still no go.
There are currently 3 of us that can't access the site from PCs. All 3 of us are in different locations.

Same house, different IP. I have the network setup off a switch that is fed from the modem.
The house needs 14 Ethernet ports. Nowadays anything and everything can get hooked up to the internet. LOL

The host came up with a temp fix by manually changing the dns.

Excellent.
It sounds like this is a ISP issue, not a a SMF issue, so maybe ti should be marked as solved...
