Guest trying to access Karma.php

I keep getting these errors, (don't know if it is a bot or a somebody)

Here are the errors I get,

All of these errors are from different IP address  and it seems like I get two everyday.
Should I be concerned?

Or am I ok, since Guest has no permissions just to view..

The IP you've shown is from Madrid in Spain and is known to be used by a 'comment spammer'. It seems he's trying to find a weakness in your site. I see you're using RC3.

It doesn't look as though he having much success attacking, Ryan, so until someone more familar with that error sees this you could block that particular IP which, from checking with www.spam.org seems to be his main one.
