I don't know the issue: Domain redirection

Hello

I have a issue in my forum but I'm not sure enough if it is a SMF's issue or is fault of my hosting company

please helpme, here's the problem:

when I try to access like this:

http://www.domain.com <--OK

but

if I try to access by this way:

http://domain.com

it gives me a blank page so I guess that this is a redirection issue

and here is an other issue (but related with the samething)


http://www.domain.com/index.php?action=login


when you are loging in it will give you the same blank page I guess that the issue is when the forum redirect you to the home page.

I didn't install any mod and anything else all was workin' perfect before yesterday

I replaced all the files of sources, themes, and the root files, but it gaves the same blank page..

but the issue isn't the cookies

I've tried everything so I guess the problem is my company host (powweb)

I contacted 'em and they toldme that they're working in my report.

They addme a htaccess code (redirection to www) but that didn't fix my problem 'cos when I try to login It gives a blank page and the same when I'm tring to create a post or a reple...

SO I already told them again, that I still have the issue... and until now they haven't helpme...

Actually I guess that my issue is my host company or maybe my DATABASE but I'm not sure...

WHAT DO YOU THINK? ANY TIP?
