Is possible to know which attachments a single user has downloaded and how many times has dwonloaded the same attachment?

Or it has to be done with a mod?
MacOsX (last)
SMF 2.0.15 and 2.1.2 (different forums)
Chrome (last) or Safari (last)

This is not possible by default, I'm afraid. There seems to be no mod for it either.
