I want with admin no chnages moded by other groups

Hello every1 i have a co admin or global moderator or or moderator of my smf site i wanna.....
if any 1 changes any thing like delete any topic or post or members it's deleted temp but it's recovered by admin can any mod for this.

What you'll need to do is make a board that's only visible to an admin, or whatever groups you're wanting to be able to recover deleted topics.  Once the permissions are set, make sure you don't count posts made in that section.  Now, you need to set topics removed to go to the trash bin you created.  You can simply filter through them and see if there's anything you'd like to recover.
