Could this be that my cpanel/ftp has been hacked?

Hi people, on the 3 of September, I got the below message on my email tagged Backup Fully Completed from cpanel hence as follows:

The bottom issue is that I cannot login using FTP/Cpanel password. I did't temper with any file before this mess, the password reminder tools is not equally displayed on the cpanel.


please what is the way to go.

Did you run a full backup via cPanel on the 3rd of September?

If you can not log into FTP/cPanel, then contact your host and ask them to change the details for you.

Yeah, this really has nothing to do with SMF.  While you may receive a little help here, it's your host you will need to contact.
