[Help] Changing URL

I made my forum long ago and i didnt need to download anything to make it so how would i change my URL if i didnt download anything?

P.S i dont have room to download so please help me!!

or perhaps yourdomain.com/forum to yourdomain.com/community?

Yes you do need to enter it to get all the files and databases. Otherwise, it is impossible.
