Changing Member Profiles

Hi,

I would like to change a setting for all members of the forum.  The setting I would like to change is display_quick_mod.  Currently it is set to 0 for everyone, but I need to set it to 1.

I thought that there might be some place in Admin where I could change all user profiles at once, but I can't seem to find such a thing.

I can write a basic update query in phpMyAdmin and change them all at once, but I can't locate this setting anywhere in the database. 

So, my question (after all that) is: What table contains display_quick_mod?  It is NOT in the members table, but it has to be somewhere, right?
