New PMs, New Members... No Notification, No Welcoming

Hi,

I'm using RC3. I have the "notify me by email when a new PM is received" option selected for yes for all users. However, users are not notified of new PMs. Also welcoming emails are not sent to new members.

I receive other notifications like when a new member joins, I get notified. I'm sure that the mail server settings are correct. I created a test user and tested this user to receive mail notifications on yahoo mail but also not working.

Any help please troubleshooting this issue?

That could be a lot of traffic.

Sure your host's not blocking/limiting something?

Traffic is perfect. Never had a problem with the email provider. And the forum is new, have 10 members and not active yet.

Traffic is not an option.
