Problem with SMF when attempting to access a board while logged in

Problem is as follows:

SMF 2.0 RC3 installation, no mods, only dutch language files.

When logged in, i can see all boards, however when I attempt to access a board I get the login screen. What causes this? I also notice, that when I click the text link which contains the PHPSESSID in the URL does work.

Admin -> Maintenance -> Logs -> Error Log
Any errors?

Admin -> Configuration -> Server Settings -> Cookies and Sessions
Can you post a screenshot of that section?
