I'm not familiar with this particular shoutbox, but check in Admin to see if you've enabled it and also go to Admin===>Permissions and check each membergroups permissions to see if it needs to be allowed.

I believe it's only on the board index, so you would go to ./Themes/{YOUR_THEME}/BoardIndex.template.php

If it's not there, let me know where it is on your site, or link me to it.  It has to either be on the index template, board index template, or board index source if it's on the board index itself.

I do not see a shoutbox.  If you do have it enabled for members only, could you provide me with a test account?

Have you seen permissions yet ? There is option in member permission to show them shoutbox.

I don't use a MOD for shoutbox, so sorry I didn't know that was there.
