Avatar problems - help needed

This person's avatar isn't resizing to no taller or wider than 200 pixels, even though we have javascript set to resize it. I need help to know what to do.

Try to change to resize by html then and see how.

What have you got the avatar size set to?

Looking an offsite avatar a few posts up, it has been resized.

300px × 400px (scaled to 200px × 266px)

You've most likely only capped the width, rather than the width & height.
