button "quote" not working

some members are complaining that they cannot makes quotes...

they click on quote button, and nothing happen....


Any ideas, where to look? what to check?

Is this happening with everyone, including yourself?  If not, you may want to make sure they have javascript enabled within their browser.

clever thought,
i have 2 logins,
one as admin, and another as a simple user.
Both are working fine concerning the fact of quoting......

So we can be sure 100% that they are is not an SMF fault, wrong coding etc.
Is that correct?

It's still possible there's an issue.  I'm just sayin' you should check out some more obvious pieces before you try to figure out how the code may not be working for some users.

It could be an issue with a certain OS, browser, group, etc.  There's many possibilities, but if you don't receive the issue, more than likely it's a fault on their end.
