Any way to add an "are you sure" confirmation for "mark all messages as read"

The "mark all messages as read", at least in the theme I'm using, is located just beside the "All unread topics" button. This is a bit problematic - I once accidentally clicked it. Is there any way to make it ask for confirmation before proceeding?

there is a way to do most things in php and on the web....   in this case, it would involve you doing some coding in several different files...

(and it would be truly annoying, IMO... I **HATE** those "are you sure" messages.)
