Current time anomaly.

The time offset is accurate and shows the correct time everywhere. But if I use the bb code for the current time when sending a newsletter,the 'current time' is 16 hours out exactly. Does anyone know why this should be? It's no big deal as I won't be using that feature .... but I know I'll be asked when eventually handing over to an administrator.

Oops... just reset the time offset fro 8 to -8 and everything's fine. Should have taken more time
