titleback image

I`ve spent the last hour or so searching, but cant seem to find an idiots guide answer.

How does one add or change the titleback.gif image? All i have is a pretty standard forum, just changed a few colours and things, but for the life of me i cant find this elusive titleback.gif.

catbg2.jpg and catbg.jpg?
the default don't use titleback, it's only here that uses it.
