Moved a forum to a local server

Now I am getting this error when adding a board,  please how do I correct:

Database Error
Field 'notice_title' doesn't have a default value
File: D:\NSD\asetechs\Sources\Subs-Boards.php

And in the error log:

you will probably have to uninstall the board notice mod that created that code...

Thats exactly what was causing it.    I wonder why it worked fine on godaddy server,  but not on a local server... aghhh!
