Okay I moved my forum to another server adn I uploaded everything, followed every step on the sticky in the support forum.  But when I restored settings with repair_settings.php, everything worked, except the themes looked a little weird.

Example:
http://66.29.25.130/~alvinlee/index.php?theme=2
http://66.29.25.130/~alvinlee/index.php?theme=3

any idea what is wrong? every theme besides the default smf theme seems to not work besides the default smf theme..

Repair settings repairs only the default themes paths, you will need to manually repair the other themes to their new paths.

Is there any possibility to repair custom theme paths automatically?

1.1 handles it more gracefully, but you should always fix them after a server move or change.

And how 1.1 does it exactly? What is the difference?

For one thing, there is an option in the administration center to change all your theme's paths with one click.
