Export Members Email List - How To?

Hi. I want to use a mass mailer (DaDa) to reach my memberes because doing it directly from here overloads my host (bluehost.com).  What is the simple way to export the email list?

apart from a direct database dump of the emails out of the members table... there is no simple way.
