I want to uninstall this regbar mod but getting these errors shown in picture. All i want to know is it save to carry on uninstalling it without changing this?

Languagefiles hardly will break your forum. You're okay to proceed 

You might want to manually remove the lines added by this mod in Modifications.english.php. If you click the little icon next to the filename, it'll show you on what part it failed.
