The ip is 72.44.86.10 and it is VPS.

All I really have are boards built....is there a way to just reinstall the whole thing...but save maybe my forum settings...just not server settings?

Try using the Repair Settings php located in the download section.

You put it at the root of your forum, where the packages and source folders are, and point your browser to it.
