URL Rewrite question

I have recently made a pretty big addition to our website, making our site the best resource for information about fireworks stores in Belgium on the web. For this, I used a small script and stripped it down a lot, and added some extra functionality to it.

The adress is http://adressen.vuurwerklook.com/

The only problem is, Google doesn't seem to like the URLs the script has, and doesn't really seem to be crawling the pages very well.
So, I'd like to figure out how to rewrite the URLs from the script, so I would get links like ....com/list.php/1.html, much like SMF does it.

I have one problem. I have no clue how to do that :P.

The script I'm using can be found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/theaddressbook/. It's a pretty simple script (I'm only using list.php and address.php), and it's probably pretty easy to do this if you know how to.
