core.xxxxx how to disable?

Hello guys!

Just wanna ask something, yesterday my site has been taken down due over usage of memory from my host server, it they tell me this is because a large file of my forum, while checking my files, i found that there's a lot of core.xxxxx files. How can I disabled my smf 2.0 rc3 to create this kind of file?

core.xxxxx files are produced by the server when the server crashes
