is possible to visualize a horizontal bar, in which displaying all the boards in the forum?
MacOsX (last)
SMF 2.0.15 and 2.1.2 (different forums)
Chrome (last) or Safari (last)

depends how many boards you have and how you want it to look really, as well as whether it's on every page or not

Definitely possible, how to do it exactly would depend a lot on where and how you would want them to show, and on what theme, etc...
