Admin & other areas disappeared

I was doing well as I installed my mods until I got to CMS mod.  I installed it and then when I went back to browse my packages, I received a 404 error my admin area is gone.  I get this error:  Page Not Found

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please try the following:

    * If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
    * Click the Back button in your browser to try another link.
    * Use a search engine like Google to look for information on the Internet.

This happens when I click on any of the tabs:

    * Home
    * Help
    * Search
    * Admin
          o Features and Options
          o Packages
          o Error Log
          o Permissions
          o CMS Administration
    * Moderate
          o Reported Posts
    * Profile
          o Summary
          o Account Settings
          o Forum Profile
    * My Messages
          o Read your messages
          o Send a message
    * Members
          o View the memberlist
          o Search For Members
    * Logout

I get the 404 error. The only one that works is the home tab.  How can I recover my forum?

I uploaded the files again and ran the upgrade.php again.  I then had to uninstall all the mods, as their configurations/administration were not showing up.  After that, I installed them again.  It's working again.
