Arcade not keeping scores

recently upped to SMF 2.0 RC3
Installed the arcade, members can play games but cannot submit scores.
Checked the permissions in the arcade as well as members permissions
all are checked to be able to save scores.

Is there something i am overlooking to allow this to happen?
