How to edit the font menu for post editing?

Hello, using SMF 2 RC 3, how can I edit the drop-down font menu? I want to remove some of the fonts. Please don't question my judgement, I am just interested in what to edit to do it. Thank you.

Below that part remove the fonts you like. That should work.
