I was busy to upload images to the "Theme > Default > Images" folder.
I also tried to clean the forum's catch, but that didn't work.
I think that it has something to do with "port 80" or so.. i don't know what to do (again )

And btw, it swings a bit. I mean that it that isn't always that slow. Sometimes it is fast.. Weird, but true.

But to be honest you will not find a fast, free host !

The behavior you describe is typical of free hosting, at peak times their servers just get battered as they are oversold.

Thank you. I shall take a look. Also, they say that they are in maintenance mode right now.. I think that they are updating or backup the database.

Also, my forum here is suspended again.... I am being to be sick of that host..

yes , they are in maintenance, you need to come at night because they are doing backups for 9k+ accounts..
and they are installing new servers to improve speed.
